Update of data availability: data for 1996–2001 have been added
J-OFURO3 data availablity has been updated.
Previously, the dataset of 12 years from 2002 to 2013 has been provided, but now the data for six years from 1996 to 2001 have been added. Therefore, J-OFURO3 dataset of 18 years from 1996 to 2013 is available now.
Release for monthly mean data set
New information on J-OFURO3 data set.
In addition to the daily mean data set, the monthly mean data set are available now.
Daily mean data set for some variables, which was not available, are also public now.

The new data set: J-OFURO3 is public in the new web site
We have opened the new web site with the new data set: J-OFURO3.
After this, we are going to update the web site to provide you official information about the project and the data set .

For the new data set, please see "Data set".
Currently you can download the new data set for the period of 2002-2013 from this page.
Please note that we will not update the old web site after that the whole data set for the period of 1988-2013 is opened.
We greatly recommend that you use the new data set: J-OUFOR3 instead of the old data set: J-OFURO2.
